COACHING

Private Coaching
Paid for by individual directly and focused on the needs of the individual exclusively. Each individual coaching engagement will be unique and specific to the individual’s goals & desires. While each engagement is unique there are some components of the engagement that are similar across all coaching engagements. Some of the components of a coaching engagement include: individual assessments, overall engagement goals and action planning. Typical coaching engagements are between 3—6 month assignments; however, engagements are customized to individual needs.

Corporate Sponsored Coaching
Corporate sponsored coaching is similar to private coaching in many ways; however, two key differences are the focus and sponsorship. In this type of coaching the focus is typically on improving a specific skill, increasing leadership effectiveness or helping an individual during a transition or onboarding to a new company. The second way it is different involves including other members of the organization in assessments, setting goals and periodic updates on progress made. In a company sponsored coaching, the organization is also a benefactor of the coaching and responsible for payment. Confidentiality is a key component of the all coaching experiences and in company sponsored coaching, we ensure all parties are aware of their role, what information will be shared and disclosure of engagement goals and focus areas.

Career Coaching
This is a specific type of coaching that helps an individual take the necessary steps towards finding a new role or position outside of their current company. During four 1:1 sessions, individuals work on discovering and describing their unique attributes and skills, creating a powerful resume, developing a networking plan, and creating their own action plan that will guide them in finding a new opportunity.
